Working with our Lost Hill Lake team will provide you a stress-free day where details are taken care of for you and your guests.
Our complete wedding coordination includes the following services:
Timeline creation for the wedding day - providing detailed information
One-on-one meetings and unlimited email communication with an experienced wedding planner
Execution of wedding day timeline - vendors, venue and all aspects of planning will be executed to your specific instructions
Rehearsal Coordination (included in some packages)
Vendors:
Recommendations and experience with a variety of local vendors
Contact each vendor before the wedding day, providing a copy of the confirmed timeline and answering any of their questions
Management of outside vendors on the wedding day
Venue Design: If chosen as an ‘A La Carte’ option.
Meetings to view and choose Lost Hill Lake decor and finalize their placements
Recommendation for decor to fit your wedding style/theme
Complete design and styling installation, setting up all accessories and details for the big day
We had an amazing experience with our wedding ceremony and reception. Not only is the property beautiful, but the LHL staff was so friendly and helpful. Our wedding coordinator was super detailed and answered all of our questions from the moment we reached out - backup plan if it rained, wedding party logistics, wedding day timeline, etc. We also added the décor setup and teardown add-on to our wedding package and the décor was stunning. All of our guests loved it and said that it was the most beautiful wedding they’d been to! Our photos turned out gorgeous thanks to the venue being so magical.
